High-performance compression-molded fiberglass exterior prehung doors tailored for North American residential & commercial projects, with flexible customizable functions to meet standard, energy-saving and fire-rated demands.
Thick fiberglass skins stand against dents, cracks, UV fade and coastal salt corrosion, far more durable than solid wood doors. Choose PE foam for budget daily use, or upgrade to high-density CFC-free PU foam for superior insulation, soundproofing and UL fire resistance.
Multiple glass styles are optional, including impact-resistant Low-E insulated glass ideal for hurricane-prone areas. Each complete prehung unit includes composite jamb, triple-seal weatherstripping and full sealing kits to block air and water infiltration. Both RH & LH inswing directions are available.
Two anti-sagging inner frame structures for long-term outdoor use. Standard sizes stocked in US warehouse for fast local shipment. We support OEM custom logo, finish color and project-size adjustment, with official UL, CARB P2 and Energy Star certifications available.
All units adopt solid wooden crate packing for safe transit, cost-effective for bulk construction orders.
